four points by sheraton is looking for a client-oriented, highly professional strong candidate, for a position front desk agent. Agent has to play important role when guests arrives and leaves.

experience requirements to candidates:

• · strong leadership and teambuilding skills
• · hotel experience is not a must
• · natural hospitality and people oriented
• · fluent english (written and spoken)
• · teamwork / co-operation
• · listening and oral skills
• · knowledge of any other languages is a plus.
• · relevant experience in hotel industry is a plus.

responsibilities:

• · to provide a friendly welcome and high-quality service over the phone and on the guests arrival to the hotel.
• · check the guests in and out
• · to carryout all necessary operations when guests arrive and depart (check-in/ check-out)
• · handle all guest requests and questions in a friendly and caring manner
• · perform cashier duties
• · answer phone-calls and guest e-mails
• · making reservations and cancellations if required.
• · maintain the accuracy of working area.
• · coordinate room status updates with the hk department.
